Nursing is a science. It is important that this be the foundation for which every major change that takes place in regards to the profession be rooted in, especially diversity, inclusion and equity.

If we are to strengthen are ability to connect globally, we must begin with diversifying the role of the nurse scientist and creating a diverse space for which they can implement our science.
