Soups have always been a form of eating well and healthy eating. And soup season is our favorite opportunity to savor some of the best soups we can concoct up.


Here we have our very own 'Shrimp & Corn Chowder". It is a mixture of shelf corn chowder plus our added shrimp, sausage and extra corn.


What's our healthy take away:

  • Soups are a high source of fluids

  • Soups are rich in fiber

  • Soups provide a full feeling, helping in weight loss

  • Diverse in vegetables, and nutrients
