The Dixie 3: A Story On Civil Rights In Nursing
In my latest film project we captured the story of three nurse civil rights icons; Mildred Smith, Patricia Taylor McKenzie and Agnes Stokes Chisman. The latter two are still living and it was my pleasure to meet and honor them with a community civil rights award. In addition, bringing their family and community together for this historical event was colossal.
