The Black Angels: A Nurse's Story comes full circle as it participates in World TB Day events sponsored by The TB Alliance and IAVI on March 23, 2023. The story of The Black Angels was discovered by producer, Denetra Hampton in March of 2108. And after being screened around the country for the last 5 years it is back in its native city of New York.

The event is a celebration of the contributions of these nurses and their courage at a time when hope was lost. Welcome home Black Angels.
